Green homebuilder Green Street Cottages needed a marketing firm to take them to market and help promote their new home community, The Villages at Cramerton Mills, the largest Zero Energy Ready Home community in the Southeast. First, we developed a strategic marketing plan that analyzed the market and branding for both Green Street Cottages and The Villages at Cramerton Mills and guided the creative and digital marketing strategy. We then created an eight-page, high-end brochure that captured the benefits of living in a Zero Energy Ready Home as well as the charms of the town of Cramerton. We designed a brand new website, launched Facebook and Instagram social media channels and created signage that drew people to the new community. We also organized the community’s VIP Event and Grand Opening events, which included food trucks, music, kids’ activities, giveaways and live radio remote, bringing over 200 people to check out The Villages at Cramerton Mills.
