The authority leaned on Yellow Duck Marketing for two annual report of achievements, including one that highlighted their 75 years of service. We handled interviews, copywriting, design, printing and mailing the reports.
They also have used the Duck design team to design 4 property logos; the logo for Blue Horizon, their property management arm; a brochure for the self-sufficiency program and their scholarship fund; and banners for The Landing at Park Road.
CHA also relied on our expertise in marketing strategy, asking us to create strategic marketing plans for Blue Horizon Property Management and Horizon Development Partners, both divisions under the CHA umbrella.
CHA had great protocol established for property management incidents but lacked a clear plan to deal with communicating those issues. We worked with key personnel and developed a Crisis Communications Plan for the organization and media trained their executives.
Our positive experiences with the authority led the Ducks to partner with Atypic, a Digital Marketing Firm, for the greatest task of all – making cha-nc.org user-friendly with clear messaging and an updated design. The end result is a streamlined website with an updated search function to make finding housing easy as can be.
