Hey! I’m KaiLi – Yellow Duck’s Project Manager. I get the incredible opportunity to work with our fantastic clients to make their marketing dreams come true and ensure the process is as smooth (and fun!) as possible for their team.

I especially enjoy managing the marketing for both Waverly and Promenade on Providence shopping centers here in Charlotte! Having the ability to oversee the marketing holistically across social, eblasts, website, signage, events and PR is especially rewarding to me.

Throughout my time here at Yellow Duck, I’ve been able to streamline our processes and create efficiencies for both our internal team and our clients. It’s important to me that I’m constantly reviewing projects and summarizing learnings that we can incorporate into our next projects.

I graduated from Evangel University in 2017 with a degree in Education and went on to teach 7th grade math immediately after. After one long year of Junior High humor, I decided that teaching was not for me and quickly pivoted to marketing. I started out at an agency in Springfield, MO (where I had attended school) and supported marketing efforts for PepsiCo Foodservice, Tyson Foodservice and Sweet Street Desserts. During the middle of COVID-19, I was recruited for an Account Manager position at Yellow Duck, made the move to Charlotte and the rest is history!

When I’m not chatting with clients about new projects, drafting briefs or reviewing beautiful logos, I love exploring CLT’s food scene, reading another Colleen Hoover novel, taking a pilates class at Solidcore or traveling (Through YDM, I’ve been able to travel to Nicaragua + Jamaica)!
