Senior Graphic Designer
Rachel is the design wizard who produces all the stuff that’s fun to look at. She got her degree in Studio Art/Graphic Design from Binghamton University (that’s in NY) in 2005. She has been working for the last ten years doing design, printing, publishing and marketing.
She started her career in New York City as a Graphic Designer for a printing company, 1-800 Postcards where she learned her love for designing for print. Her next job took her to The Parenting Group where she worked as the Associate Art Director for the marketing departments of four national magazines, Parenting, Babytalk, Working Mother, and Conceive. Her work there involved interfacing with national brands such as Coca-Cola, Target, Babies’R’Us and Bass Pro Shops.
At YDM, she is the creative mind behind Childress Klein’s corporate rebrand and has collaborated with the YDM team to brand over 15 companies and projects. Other notable work includes two Charlotte Housing Authority Annual Reports, a magazine for Piedmont Natural Gas and FreeMoreWest’s 5K on the Greenway.
Rachel currently resides in Fort Mill with her husband and daughters. She enjoys staying active, playing board games and the cold weather (seriously!).
