TreesCharlotte reached out to Yellow Duck Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan, which included everything from PR and social media strategy to marketing collateral and event planning strategies.

SOCIAL MEDIA + DIGITAL MARKETING

Over the course of six months, we more than quadrupled Facebook followers and nearly tripled year-over-year website traffic. We designed a number of collateral materials including membership materials, capital campaign brochure and Urban Forestry Master Plan. We also upgraded their quarterly newsletter to a sleeker, more upscale design, along with a monthly e-newsletter.

TreesCharlotte suffered from a template-based website that was not user friendly and had content added to over and over. TreesCharlotte turned to the ducks to provide a slimmed-down architecture, sleek user-friendly site that enjoyed almost a four-fold increase in traffic after launch.

We also developed an advanced custom designed and developed “TreeMaster Portal” that is a members-only administrative site that allows certified treemasters to log their education and volunteer hours.
