As VP of Growth & Client Services at YDM, I am passionate about guiding our team in delivering meaningful work for our clients. With 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and communications, I’ve found my groove in a role that blends leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking—and I genuinely love what I get to do every day.

I’m a big believer in teamwork and proudly lead both the creative and account teams here at YDM. We thrive on collaboration and delivering work we’re truly proud of. I love sparking inspiration and rallying our team, which leads to standout projects and long-lasting client partnerships. I’m especially passionate about digging into research (I ask a lot of questions as one of our lead charrette facilitators), uncovering our clients’ vision and goals, and developing thoughtful branding and campaign concepts alongside our creative team. And I’ll admit—I still have a soft spot for crafting copy that really resonates.

A self-described lifelong learner, I earned a dual degree in Journalism and Communications from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA in Marketing from UNC Charlotte. I’ve completed a handful of certificate programs, including one through Wake Forest University. I’m also proud to be part of Leadership Charlotte’s Class 45 (BCE).

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family—keeping up with my two young kids and getting outside for walks with our golden retriever. You can also find me enjoying live music around Charlotte or cheering on my educator husband and the incredible students and staff he supports.
