Hello there! I’m Kelly and I’m the Account Manager & Social Media Specialist at YDM. My role blends managing client relationships with bringing their brands to life on social media. I love being the go-to person for my clients, developing strategies that move the needle and making sure projects flow smoothly from start to finish. On the social side, I’m all about creating scroll-stopping content, engaging with communities and capturing authentic moments. Whether I’m drafting the perfect caption, pulling together performance reports or brainstorming fresh ideas for our clients, I’m always thinking about how to make their brands shine. My marketing journey has been shaped by diverse experiences that have given me a deep knowledge of the real estate industry, from residential developments to commercial properties. This foundation, combined with my passion for storytelling and strategy, has equipped me with the tools to thrive in #agencylife.

Before joining the Pond, I spent 10 months living in Madrid, Spain where I experienced cultural immersion and gained invaluable experiences. During my time in Spain, I had the pleasure of teaching English at an elementary school and traveling throughout Europe.

Originally from a town outside of Philadelphia (go birds!), I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a major in Marketing & Entrepreneurship Management and knew I wanted to stay in the South, so I made the move to Charlotte. Outside of work, I have a passion for food and love exploring new restaurants as well as cooking. In addition to my love for food, I enjoy exploring new destinations, staying active, and spending quality time with friends and family.
