Hi, I’m Molly!

Let’s rewind to 2021, when I waddled into this duck pond as Senior Account Manager and never looked back. Eighteen years into this marketing gig, and I’ve basically done it all: real estate, non-profits, outdoor apparel, groceries, higher ed. If it needed a strategy and a story, chances are I’ve been in the trenches for it. Variety is the spice of life, and my career has been extra spicy.

I’m Charleston, SC through and through, raised among those gorgeous barrier islands that still make my heart happy every time I see them. My path here was a little unconventional: I played basketball on scholarship at Spartanburg Methodist before landing at the College of Charleston for my marketing degree. That combo of competitive drive and creative brain? Turns out it was perfect training for agency life.

Here’s my secret sauce: I don’t just work for my clients, I dive headfirst into their businesses like I’m part of the team, because honestly, I am. Understanding their customers, learning what makes them tick, becoming the teammate they didn’t know they needed… that’s the job. My goal is simple: make my clients look like absolute rockstars while hitting every deadline and budget along the way.

Now for the good stuff. My people are my husband Nick (yes, my high school sweetheart, be still my heart), our two kids Adyson (almost 17, watch out world) and Patrick (14, full of energy), and our rescue pup Red, who runs the household whether we admit it or not. Weekends usually find us cheering way too loudly from the sidelines at soccer, basketball, baseball or volleyball games. When I’m home, you’ll catch me on the porch, out on a walk, or elbow deep in dirt in my garden, which is basically my therapy.
