Yellow Duck Marketing and Revolve Residential took home a Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence Award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte. The winning award was Best Website for Domain Townhomes located in South End. The Domain website’s contemporary design perfectly complements the development’s modern architectural aesthetic and spoke to the millennial first-time homebuyer target market. Sharp and lively, the website’s colorful layout is a perfect representation of the Domain Townhomes community.

All of the design and development was done in-house by Yellow Duck Marketing and Revolve Residential credited the excellent marketing, branding and website fueling the 10-day sellout of the community which also won Community of the Year for Townhomes! “The inventory feature of the Domain Townhomes website was a critical tool during our sales process, as it allowed us to adjust our pricing in real time,” said Tim McCollum of Revolve Residential. “Yellow Duck Marketing built a user-friendly website that really resonated with our target demographic and conveyed the value and appeal of living at Domain Townhomes.”
