Since we moved to our current South End office space in late 2015, the YDM team has grown by 33%. In the coming years, we know we need more room to expand. The parking situation at our South End office has been a challenge and the open office layout makes it difficult to have a private conversation. As you are aware, South End is booming and has been a boon to investors and developers in the area but has made it difficult for small businesses like ours to find office space. So, after being in South End for 6 years, it’s time to move on.

In June, we moved 2.75 miles east off of Pecan Avenue to the renovated Squires Building in between Plaza Midwood and Elizabeth, accessible on the Shenandoah side. We’ve made the space our own and it will allow more space for growth. We also locked in a rate much less than new rents in South End, which allows us to keep our prices as reasonable as we can keep them for our clients in such a booming market with high increases in health costs.
