Plaza Midwood apartment community The Julien wanted a logo, branding, taglines and marketing collateral that fit with the development’s cool-yet-classic vibe. They chose a logo that paired a slab serif and modern font, providing an approachable and refined personality with a retro/hipster graphic shape. In addition to the logo, we created a rack card that highlighted the unique aspects of the community, along with distinctive signage and stationery, a dynamic site plan and furnished floorplans.
Highlands at Market Point
Greystar, the largest property management firm in the country, approached us to brand their apartment community Highlands at Market Point in Greenville, S.C. Although they already had a name and logo, the community needed brand colors, copywriting, print collateral, email campaign and temporary signage to be produced quickly, and the Ducks were eager to step up and help. After choosing colors that complemented the brand image and architecture of the apartments, we designed business cards, a flyer, brochure, rack card, direct mail piece, site plan, bandits, A frames and an email campaign that fit with the upscale image of Highlands at Market Point.
