In addition to completing the logo and web design for Revolve Residential and all of its past projects, Yellow Duck Marketing recently launched a website for sales of a new townhome project, Domain Townhomes. The ducks set their sights on developing a brand that spoke to the first-time homebuyer Millennial and communicated the benefits of the compact urban townhomes. The result of launching the website and the strategic PR campaign led to producing 260 leads and the project’s 20 units sold out in just over a week after sales were launched.

After designing their corporate identity, in 2013, we designed a logo and sales materials for Cherrytown Bungalows, their new single-family homes in Charlotte’s historic Cherry community which sold like hotcakes. Then in 2015, the team worked on collateral, direct mail campaign, PR and website for Lumina Towns in Southend which sold out before the footings were poured.
